2. Products

Lucky Fresh manufactures and sells: Chakki Atta, Tandoori Atta, Maida, Rawa, Suji, and Cattle Feed & Supplement. All products comply with FSSAI standards and the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. The mill operates at a capacity of 350 MT (3500 Quintal) per day.

3. Orders and Pricing

This website is an informational platform. Orders are confirmed through direct communication. All prices are subject to change. GST is charged on all taxable supplies at applicable rates. GSTIN: 23AAWFB1630K1ZE.

4. Product Quality

All Lucky Fresh products are manufactured in compliance with FSSAI Lic. No. 11422650000092. They are free from adulterants, artificial preservatives, and bleaching agents at the time of dispatch.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns accepted within 7 days for: damaged transit goods, wrong product delivery, or verified manufacturing defects. Products must be in original sealed condition. Contact us at bagulyaroller@gmail.com with photographic evidence and batch number.

6. Distributor Terms

Authorized distributors must not adulterate, tamper with, or repackage Lucky Fresh products. They must maintain proper storage, not sell beyond the best-before date, and comply with all FSSAI and GST regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, the Lucky Fresh brand, and Bagulya Roller Flour Mill branding — is our intellectual property. You may not use our content commercially without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ashoknagar, Madhya Pradesh, India.
